SUNCO CARRIERS, INC. was founded in 1981. SUNCO became a subsidiary company of Watkins Associated Industries, Inc. in June 1997. SUNCO's dedicated service management team has over 200 years experience in our industry.

SUNCO began operating from its Lakeland, Florida domicile as a regional specialized hauler of foodstuffs and general commodities. Although the company has expanded its territory to multiple terminal locations and we now have multiple terminals in several states, it continues to concentrate on regional and inter-regional markets. SUNCO offers the shipping public a variety of services including protective service, multiple stop distribution, dedicated equipment, interstate and local service. We are continuously searching for new ways to form transportation partnerships with current and future customers. We are a hands-on, people oriented, results driven organization, sensitive to the needs of the customers.
